Now the Lord is that Spirit:
and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty
2nd Corinthians 3:17
About Rock Church

Founded in 2022, Rock Church of Lancaster County was planted by Pastors Robert and Rachel Larcom. By the direction of the Holy Spirit, they left Florida to go to a people God had called them to. Both are bi-vocational working in Lancaster County allowing them to connect further into the community. Rock Church has several outreaches each year as well as year-round collection of nonperishable foods with our “A Can, Can Make a Difference” ministry supplying to needing families and to Solanco Neighborhood Ministries in Quarryville.

The Holy Bible
We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God through the Holy Spirit, which He uses to reveal Himself to us, increase our faith, and provide direction for our lives.
(2nd Timothy 3:16)
Salvation
Jesus paid for all our sins, and therefore purchased our salvation with His sacrifice. There is nothing we can do to earn it as this is a gift He freely gives to all who believe and confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and that He died for your sin, was risen again by the Father
(Ephesians 2:8; Romans 10:9-13)
The Holy Trinity
We believe that there is one true God who exists in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
(1st John 5:7)
The Importance of
Gathering in Fellowship
Coming together in worship is a key in our growth as Christians. It is critical to be among believers as well as to be trained and equipped to do the work of the ministry.
(Proverbs 27:17; Hebrews 10:25; Hebrews 13:17; 1st Corinthians 12:12)
Water Baptism
We believe every believer should be identified with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection, through water baptism by immersion. (Matthew 3:13-17, 28:19: Acts 2:34-39, 10:47, 48, 19:1-6)
Baptism of the Holy Spirit
We believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit endows the believer with power to be effective witnesses for Christ.
(Acts 1:4-8, 2:1-4, 8:14-17, 10:44-46: Galatians 3:14, 15)
Use of Spiritual Gifts
We believe in the use of all Spiritual Gifts God gives us and those gifts are still available today.
(1st Corinthians 12)
Healing
We believe in the healing of the body by divine power, or divine healing and its varied aspects as practiced in the Early Church. (Acts 4:30; Romans 8:11; 1st Corinthians 12:9; James 5:14-15)
Marriage
As declared in the Word, marriage is a covenant union between one man and one woman with Jesus as the unbreakable bond connecting the two
(Genesis 2:22-24; Matthew 19:6)
